We are currently developing for 27.12 MHz. This is a great frequency, capable of supporting many different applications. It is also within the permitted European ISM bands. We are, however, open to hearing from companies that may wish to use alternative bands, such as 915 MHz.

In theory, there is virtually no limit. With enough power and time very high temperatures can be reached, provided that you can present the material in such a way that the heat generated is not being conducted into surrounding infrastructure.

Our first product is a 10 kW power module. With our advanced solid-state solution you have fine-grain control of the power, so can you use less than the full 10 Kw output, should you need to.

When you want to scale to higher powers, simply add more 10 kW power modules. A common Control and Communications module will manage multiple power modules.

Our solution is designed to make the transition to solid-state as seamless as possible. Some work may be required on the Matching Network. We will work with you to ensure an easy transition.

In the past, high-power microwave and RF dielectric heating installations have often been built to order, as one-off installations. Our approach is entirely different. We’ve designed our solution for mass production and economy of scale. This is reflected in our modular architecture where multiple, identical, 10 kW power modules are stacked in order to deliver increasing power levels, all the way to Megawatt levels! As well as a class-leading power to price ratio, the design also provides for redundancy and easy maintenance.

We are taking RF dielectric heating to new heights. Systems using vacuum tube technology are very hard to scale beyond circa 400 kW. By leveraging the very latest solid-state power transistors, we are able to surpass those previous limitations, enabling dielectric heating to be applied to processes and use cases never previously viable. We believe RF heating will be a key enabler of industrial electrification, with the potential to displace fossil fuels.

Yes, we do. We understand you will want some confirmation of how our technology performs, and we are geared-up to support you. From simple tests on sample materials, to PoC projects in our lab, or on your premises, our team is dedicated to your success.

We are constantly on the look out for the brightest minds. If you are an experienced RF engineer, or have other skills you consider essential to our growth, feel free to contact us from the About page on this website.
